Two Top End Manchester Restaurants Choose Central Leeds

East Coast Restaurants, advised by Pudney Shuttleworth, has acquired the lease from Carluccio's for their restaurant on Greek Street in Leeds for an undisclosed premium. East Coast operates Neighbourhood in Spinningfields Manchester along with their sister restaurant Victor's of Hale. The 5,000 sqft Greek Street restaurant will trade as Neighbourhood and will open towards the end of September this year.

Tattu - another top end Spinningfields restaurant serving contemporary Chines cuisine and cocktails has taken the former 5,000 sqft RBS space below Minerva House on East Parade, a stone's throw from Neighbourhood. Pudney Shuttleworth advised the Landlord, Evans of Leeds.

Richard Shuttleworth commented " our involvement in The Alchemist, Neighbourhood, Bem Brasil, Indian Tiffin Room, Lost and Found and Manahatta transactions on Greek Street has hopefully helped turn this pitch round since its low point immediately following the opening of Trinity Leeds. Greek Street is now in significant demand and the realistic prospect of full pedestrianisation will help still further.
