Acting on behalf of Doncaster MBC, Pudney Shuttleworth has let a 10m high 4,000 sqft flagship corner unit in the Doncaster Civic & Cultural Quarter (CCQ) to North East based Mayfair Pub & Kitchen. This is the first of 5 lettings of the units immediately adjacent to the new 6 screen Savoy Cinema and Cast Theatre, with two others in solicitors hands and also due to open in 2023. The CCQ is a significant regeneration project for DMBC and has created an attractive and safe environment for discerning occupiers and their customers.
