Having opened in Sheffield city centre earlier this year, Papas Hospitality Group has acquired two further units in Lincoln and central Leeds. Papas acquired the freehold of the former Monsoon on Lincoln High Street and agreed an innovative lease with Option to Purchase arrangement on the former Samsung unit on the corner of Briggate and The Headrow in Leeds. The next priorities for High Street units are Manchester, Liverpool, York and Newcastle, with freehold opportunities of both High Street units and Drive Thru sites being of particular interest.
