Boparan Restaurant Group, operator of Carluccio's, Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Ed's Diner, Fishworks, Giraffe and Slim Chickens has instructed Pudney Shuttleworth to acquire Drive Thru and in-line restaurants for Slim Chickens
north of Birmingham up to Scotland. Slim Chickens already has 31 UK restaurants serving its famous hand-breaded buttermilk chicken tenders, salads and wraps, shakes and a variety of vegetarian and vegan options. We are seeking drive thru sites of 0.4 of an acre upwards and high profile in line units in major cities of 2,500 sqft plus.
