Glasgow Based Restaurant Chain on the March!

Updated: Mar 20, 2019

Bavava Restaurants Limited based in Glasgow have acquired the former Giraffe restaurant on West Nile Street in Glasgow for their new Doner Haus concept, which has been trialled extremely successfully in Sunderland in the former ASK restaurant on High Street West. The 3,500 sqft Glasgow restaurant will serve German Doner Kebabs with a wide variety of the highest quality meats, breads and salads, with steins of beer to accompany them in a contemporary German inspired environment.

The Glasgow restaurant will open in late August at the same time as their new 6,000 sqft unit in Meyer Bergman's Broadway Bradford scheme which will trade as Papadom's - an Indian street food concept, following a £930,000 fit out from shell. Pudney Shuttleworth advised Bavava on both acquisitions and Bavava are seeking additional restaurants in Scotland and the north of England in the short term.
