Canada Life add new restaurants to their leisure parks

Pudney Shuttleworth have brought new life to Canada Life's leisure parks in Hull and Chesterfield with recent lettings to restaurant operators.

Kingswood Leisure Park, Hull, was faced with closures of the Frankie & Benny's and Chiquito's units. Both have been re-let, with Taco Bell and Dunkin Donuts each taking half of a subdivided Frankie & Benny's and Beleza Rodizio Brazilian restaurant taking a new lease on the former Chiquito's.

In the case of the former Chiquito's unit at Alma Leisure Park Chesterfield, this was subdivided into two units, with lettings to Taco Bell and Dunkin Donuts.

It is expected that new restaurant names will soon be coming to both leisure parks, with solicitors instructed on proposed drive thru' restaurants on each of the parks.

Pudney Shuttleworth acted throughout on all transactions.
