Acting on behalf of Canada Life, the Landlord for Kingswood Leisure Park at Kingswood, Hull, Pudney Shuttleworth have let a new build, stand alone restaurant to Nando's.
The new 4,000 sq ft restaurant was taken on a new 20 year Lease and will be positioned in the existing car park, close to the anchor tenants, Cineworld (9 screen multiplex cinema) and Hollywood Bowl. They will join current restaurant occupiers; Frankie & Benny's, Chiquito's, KFC and McDonalds.
