Estabulo Spreads its Wings to Norwich

On behalf of Yorkshire-based Brazilian Rodizio Steak restaurant, Estabulo, Pudney Shuttleworth has acquired their 10th restaurant at Landsec's Riverside leisure scheme in Norwich. Estabulo's first restaurant opened in Wakefield at Merchant Gate in 2017 and this most recent acquisition in this prime Norwich development propels them into the southern half of the country, with further southern acquisitions planned. The 10,000 sqft Norwich unit is the former Coast to Coast restaurant, previously traded by the restaurant traded by The Restaurant Group and in addition to Estabulo's usual offering, it will include a 5,000 sqft cocktail bar at first floor level overlooking the river.
