Michael has over 35 years’ experience in the commercial property market, starting his career at St Quintin, Leeds office, where he became Partner in charge of the Retail & Leisure Department, and then moving to DTZ Debenham Tie Leung, Leeds office, as Director in charge of the northern region Retail & Leisure Department and National Head of Out of Town Retail.

 

In March 2004, Michael jointly set up Pudney Shuttleworth with Richard Shuttleworth, specialising in the retail and leisure markets, where Michael’s role has been to concentrate on the Out of Town retail and leisure markets, involving; agency (acquisitions and disposals), development, investment and professional work (rent reviews, lease renewals, consultancy and Expert Witness and Public Inquiries).

 

Michael has acted for local, regional and national landlord and occupier clients throughout the UK.
