Starting his career working weekends in a local Harrogate estate agents at 18, Tom quickly developed a taste for real estate and went to achieve a degree in Estate Management which is now coupled with over 12 years of experience.

 

Tom was Head of Restaurants for Christie + Co in the Yorkshire region and part of the increasingly active Hotels team covering the whole of the North, handling both acquisitions and disposals until April 2015, when he left to Join Pudney Shuttleworth.

 

Tom now specialises in high street retail and leisure agency. Since joining, he has had a hand in some major retail and leisure transactions in the Yorkshire region acting for occupier clients such as Marston’s PLC, Arc Inspirations & Coffee Boy along with working on behalf of some institutional landlords dealing with Trinity Leeds, The Light & Xscape Castleford amongst others.
