Will graduated from Northumbria University with a degree in Real Estate in 2015, which included a year’s placement at Carter Towler in Leeds in the agency team. After University, Will joined Fox Lloyd Jones in Leeds in a predominantly valuation-based role with instructions including high street retail units and larger mixed asset portfolios.

Will joined Pudney Shuttleworth in January 2017, acquiring and disposing for clients in the In-Town Retail & Leisure sector. He works with numerous clients including Land Securities, Legal & General, Evans of Leeds, Arc Inspirations and Roxy Leisure. Will is also involved in acquiring for occupiers such as Le Bistrot Pierre, Zaap Thai and Aagrah.

Will  also has a day to day asset management role in Trinity Leeds, The Light leeds, White Rose Shopping Centre and Xscape Castleford.
